Chef Showdown - Battle of the Smokehouse!

UPDATE:  Chef Cameron is the Battle Smokehouse Champion for 2025!!


Chef Cameron and Chef Bryan (Liberty Smokehouse of Tampa) compete in the Brisket Sandwich Battle at the Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival.  This large festival hosts 16 battles of local chefs and a culinary experience for the public to decide who is the best of the best!
