The event is hosted by the VooDoo Chef Foundation, an organization that supports young adults in attending culinary school. Chef Cameron and Chef Bryan from Liberty Smokehouse of Tampa compete in the Brisket Sandwich Battle at the Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival. This exciting event, among the many Tampa Bay events, hosts 16 battles featuring local chefs and offers a culinary experience for the public to decide who is the best of the best!
